What's in it for you?
At ForwardBias, you will be part of a very small team with no people managers. We pay our bills by providing Qt/C++ consultation and are working on a product in parallel. On the consultation front, you will get to work on building prototypes, modifying Qt and porting Qt to new platforms and devices. Customers will look up to you for advise on how to build their next generation user interface.
Our product is still in a fledgling state with ambiguous requirements. With your incredible coding skills, this puts you in a unique position to influence the product.
What more, being an early employee, your indeginous ideas can help shape our company culture and direction. In short, what you become is entirely upto you. It's a company made for developers by developers. We leave it upto you to decide the environment in which you are most productive and so you get to work on any platform (Linux/Mac/Windows) of your choice. Our core working hours are from 11am - 5pm and as long as you get things done, how you spend the rest of your time is upto you.
We even have a modular kitchen, sans the cook :-)
